Mr. Benjamin Kiprono Kuttoh is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over a decade of experience in governance, public policy formulation, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. He is widely recognized for his integrity, strategic leadership, and commitment to excellence.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) from Moi University, has undertaken the Certified Public Secretary (CPS) course, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Governance at Mt. Kenya University to further strengthen his expertise in leadership, institutional management, and policy oversight.

He is a strong advocate for employment rights and fair labour practices and actively champions the 30 per cent allocation of government contracts to youth, women, and persons with disabilities to promote inclusive economic participation.
Beyond his legal career, he is a respected community leader and successful businessman.
